• Hi! We are Shirley and Edmond.
• We are a husband and wife duo who love specialty coffee, prioritizing quality of the coffee we bring to the market. Let it be a cup of filter brew coffee or a retail bag of coffee bean, your enjoyment and satisfaction drinking and receiving our coffees is an experience we do not neglected

We do what we do because we absolutely love doing it

• From sourcing quality green coffee, strictly specialty grade, to fine tuning the roast profiles through trials and errors, to packing and delivering to your door step, we simply enjoy each step. We believe coffees are moving away from the "strong, dark and bitter" traditional flavours, but heading forward to "balance, clean and sweet" delicacy and layered flavours. We roast our coffees to the upmost balance to bring out the synchronize notes of acidity, sweetness and body.
• We support the family of Specialty Coffee Association (Sca) as the member since we relocate our company to Vancouver, Canada in 2016 from Hong Kong.  We have been judging, volunteering and competing in different Sca sanctioned events since 2008
• Participation in these events are our ways of explore the world of specialty coffee and be inspired to pursuits excellency. 
• We believe in professionalism sourcing and choosing a quality coffee to our customers. Our co-founder, Edmond, is a licensed Q-grader since 2012. With the sensory and coffee knowledge re-calibration every 3 years with the Q-instructor, we are confident that we are not only maintaining our knowledge and sensory competency but also updating with the market expectations.
• We have recently added Q-Processing Generalist Certification to our list in 2021.
• In 2019, we are so proud that we ranked at 2nd Place in National Brewers Cup by just using a coffee we serve daily, signifying that our coffees are in competition grade.
• We believe a daily quality cup of coffee can be affordable with amazing enjoyment.
