About Us

• Josie, founder of Rainbow Lunches is a proud wife and mother of three beautiful boys. Her passion for customer service excellence and her drive to succeed sets her company apart from its competitors. A graduate of the hospitality program at Humber College, Josie quickly put her skills to work growing the Pepsico chain of restaurants, building a team that provided great food and great service at every meal. Her journey took her to joining the Staples retail management team before developing an interest in Category and Merchandising Management. This interest led her to taking on a role as the Procurement Manager with Putting Edge Corporation where she helped build a brand across Canada and the United States. Her thirst for continuous learning and development compelled her to acquire her Supply Chain Management Professional Accreditation. Her strategic planning, visionary thinking and professional experience have positioned her to develop Rainbow Lunches into a leading catering company in the Greater Toronto Area.
