We will be selecting 15 Deaf Canadians to be featured in the illustrated book 'Deaf Canadians' in 2022. This book aims to showcase and tell the stories of Deaf Canadians who were able to achieve their goals despite hardships.
Please share this with your friends and people you know. We are looking for Deaf Canadians from all over Canada, of different race, genders, ages, and backgrounds.
Those who are selected will be asked to sign a longer, more detailed video (4 mins) for the book. If you are oral Deaf or not comfortable signing, you can speak or submit a written text and we will interpret it into ASL/LSQ.
