The Pie Hole

Meet Jenell, Jenell loves pie.

• Jenell Parsons founded The Pie Hole in 2011, starting out in farmer's markets, food truck festivals, really anywhere that someone would let her set up a table! (Fun Fact: Maple French Toast Bacon Pie was her very first sale at a vintage car show).
• Finally in the Spring of 2017 she opened her first brick-and-mortar storefront and quickly expanded from there with three locations in under three years.

• In 2020, Jenell hit another milestone publishing her best-selling book "You Wanna Piece of Me?" Since then, she has been featured on countless television shows, movies, magazines, and newspapers like The Social, eTalk, Ctv Morning Show, Global, Hello Magazine, The Vancouver Sun and many more.
• She even had the rare opportunity to bake with Guy Fieri on his widely popular show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Jenell and her pies have become a staple of the BC pie-scape.
• She has been coined Canada's Pie Queen and The Pie Hole continues to share its baked goods and good feels with as many pie lovers as possible.
