I’m Derek Smith, a native Brit and a certified TEFL/TESOL teacher specializing in Business English.

Professional Experience
For over 15 years, I’ve been teaching English courses in Germany, working with adults at all proficiency levels. My expertise lies in both general and Business English, with a particular focus on helping students prepare for exams such as BEC Higher (C1) and BEC Vantage (B2). I take pride in my students' success, as many have passed these exams under my guidance.

Previously limited by geographical constraints, I am thrilled to now offer my courses online, reaching a broader audience. This allows me to assist more learners worldwide in improving their English language skills and achieving their goals, including passing essential English certification exams.

Personal Interests
