A Leader In Competitive Skills Development

STDC was established in 1993 as INPENS International College with a focus on the academic field. Then, in 2006, STDC shifted its focus to education in the field of Technical and Vocational Skills Training (TVET). As an effort to strengthen this educational institution as a TVET centre in Selangor, the state government renamed this institution as STDC on August 25, 2020.

STDC is the initiative of the Selangor State Government to meet the demands of the competitive industry in the field of Industry 4.0. STDC offers skill courses as well as professionally recognised short-term courses in collaboration with the industry, accredited by the Department of Skills Development (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources, and the Energy Commission.

STDC and its collaboration with various agencies of the Selangor State Government aims to produce skilled workers, quality entrepreneurs, and competitive individuals in meeting the current and future needs of the industry. STDC contributes to improving the standard of living for the people of Selangor and aligning state development with the advancements of Industry 4.0, moving towards becoming a Smart State.
