What is Animation & VFX?

Animation is a technique through which, we bring life to still images by creating motion in them. You must have heard about different cartoons of the 1990's- DuckTales, Powerpuff Girls, Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, Popeye, etc. They all had animated characters that made us burst out with laughter. Wherever we look, we find animated characters and graphics in form of children's movies, cartoons, books, websites, and now in social media platforms.
Visual Effects (VFX) is a way, we can make impossible scenes look real. It adds extra effects to a given scene, editing it and manipulating it to look more dramatic and gluing the viewer's eyes on to the screen.

What is the scope of Animation in India?

There is no scarcity of jobs in the field of Animation and Multimedia. There are endless opportunities for those who are good at generating ideas and bringing them to reality.
