3D Building Modelling Using Revit Level 4 Certificate

This course is 75% funded by the Department for the Economy and 25% paid by the employer as part of the Skills Focus Programme. To qualify, your business or social enterprise must have less than 250 employees and you must be based in Northern Ireland and operate for profit.

This unit will enable learners to understand and explore the basic principles of 3D Building Information Modelling (BIM) using Autodesk Revit software. Revit is a powerful Building Information Modelling tool that is widely used in architecture, engineering, and construction industries.

Entry Requirements

Learners must:

• Have an understanding and appreciation of the construction sector, including construction techniques. CAD or 3D modelling experience is preferred
• Be able to interpret construction information
• Be at least 18 years of age to undertake this qualification

Learners will be continuously be assessed throughout the course to determine their final grade.

Further Study

On successful completion of this course, learners may wish to progress to Level 4 BIM or peruse other specialised courses to enhance their skills.
