Our History
RBIHM is a fast emerging Hotel Management college established in the year 2015.The institution grew substantially over the years while always maintaining a cordial atmosphere and intimate learning environment for the students to mature and develop. The campus has state of the art infrastructure with the latest equipments, upcoming smart classroom, advanced labs, well equipped library and a fully operational restaurant in the campus to help the students acquire hands on training in real time environment to hone their skills and competencies.

At the Mumbai College of Hotel Management, our emphasis is on the core vocational and academic practical skills rather than the theoretical knowledge. Our faculties provide students with instruction in critical thinking, analysis, problem-solving, discussion, and practical issues.
The course involves seventeen weeks of teaching followed by four weeks of Industrial Training. Classes are conducted at the institute involving theory input and practical laboratory teaching.
This course deals with the technic of working in a kitchen, starting from hygiene standards upkeep, HACCP and other ethics. It also includes the features of the Kitchen area and the equipment used in it. Lastly it deals with nature of commodities used in the kitchen too.
