Abacus

The Abacus is a simple instrument for performing rapid arithmetical calculation. It consists of a frame holding a number of vertically arranged rods, on which beads slide up and down.

Objectives:

• To train the four fundamental arithmetic operations namely Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division

• To train them to work on Decimals, negative numbers, squares, cubes, percentages, square roots, cube roots etc. with ease in advance levels
