We all still spend time out on site and in the workplace, giving us an understanding of current issues, which allows us to remain fresh.  All of our courses therefore relate to what actually goes on out there.

All of the tutors we use are required to meet our high standards of professionalism and ethics.  Our tutors are expected to have an understanding of their students' learning requirements, whilst ensuring that they meet all of their training objectives. 

We approach our training delivery in a manner that takes our students though their 'learning journey' in the most enjoyable, interesting and understandable way possible.   We want all of our students to have completed their training with a feeling of achievement and satisfaction.

Our flexiblility allows us to deliver training in our modern training rooms, based at the Innovation Centre Medway or at one of our regional training facilities. Alternatively, we can come to you. 

We also work in partnership with a number of other training providers and professionals which means if we can't provide the training ourselves, we can probably point you to someone who can!
