This course is a study of the dynamics of leadership in today’s business world. The course includes different models and approaches to leadership, and understanding of diverse teams and how to handle conflicts, and communication strategies.

This is the first stage of the three levels of Corporate Leadership. The focus of this course will be on the essentials of leadership in the corporate world as well as, in the fast-changing global economy.
Leadership is changing. The traditional top-down management style is no longer successful in today’s fast-changing work environment. There is a need for a paradigm shift in leaders and their understanding of what constitutes effective leadership.
