GLC Dept. Aquatic Safety (DSA) is one of eleven departments GLC Services & Supplies has in place to better serve the needs of the public. DSA is a privately funded, non-governmental public safety agency dedicated to the protection of life, environment and property in, near and around aquatic environments.
At DSA we provide operational, training and consulting services to the entertainment industry, tourism industry, hospitality industry, maritime industry, fishing industry, conservation industry, oil/energy industry, mining industry. , the construction industry, health care and the public sector. The Department has ten divisions, two administrative and eight operational.

In the OSHA ergonomics training course, students will learn about the importance and application of ergonomics in the workplace. We will cover the proper use of tools, equipment, and machine controls; proper lifting techniques, and proper ways to move between tasks.
