This alarming figure covers accidents that stem from all reported injuries: from paper cuts, right through to major injuries and deaths. Who Should Attend:
This program has been designed to familiarize participants (supervisors, Joint Health and Safety Committee members, and selected workers) with the proper procedures for thoroughly investigating accidents or incidents.

Determine the causes of accidents/incidents and implement an action plan to avoid similar events from occurring;
Recognize any existing areas of hazard(s) in the workplace;
