This alarming figure covers accidents that stem from all reported injuries: from paper cuts, right through to major injuries and deaths. Given that over 90% of all accidents could have been avoided if proper procedures had been followed and/or appropriate preventative measures taken, the need for a clear and concise training program is evident.

Who Should Attend:
This program has been designed to familiarize participants (supervisors, Joint Health and Safety Committee members, and selected workers) with the proper procedures for thoroughly investigating accidents or incidents.
