Participants are guided through using the right steps and approaches in undertaking investigation to find the root causes, the steps to take to conduct a thorough investigation by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses and analysing the facts and to make effective recommendations for action to prevent similar occurrences.
This training also covers the main elements of accident or incident prevention programme.
