Accountancy Future Leaders Programme

ISCA is pleased to partner with the Institute of System Science at the National University of Singapore (“NUS-ISS”) and the Singapore Institute of Technology ("SIT") in curating a structured leadership programme, the Accountancy Future Leaders Programme ("AFLP"), that is based on thought leadership and experiential learning. The programme is specially curated for Small and Medium Practices (SMPs), with the aim to gear up their next-generation leaders with practice management leadership capabilities.

In this age of digitalisation, global interdependence and complexity, professional services firms face diverse opportunities and challenges. How can accountancy firms already grappling with challenges, such as limited resources and manpower, continue to be competitive and successful? - The leadership of a public accounting firm is one of the most important drivers to raise the quality of the firm's work and seize opportunities in this competitive and disruptive market.  

The programme focusing on 3 key areas: 

• Business Strategy - Strategies to expand the firm’s services and revenue stream. 
• People Strategy - Implementing progressive HR practices to support business strategy, including talent attraction and retention.
• Technology Strategy - Keeping up with emerging trends and leveraging technology to improve productivity and business growth.
