The accounting program at Ivy Tech is led by CPAs with nearly 30 years of practical accounting and tax experience. Students will also be able to get experience using the latest accounting software including QuickBooks and Sage 50, and we have partnerships with CPA firms across the state to give you even more exposure in the real-word.
Our Graduates
Graduates of the Accounting program are currently employed in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, professional tax preparers, and bookkeepers.
Our students can also work in financial accounting and cost accounting in companies like AccounTemps, Blue and Company and Delphi. Students completing the Associate of Science degree are able to transfer to a four-year institution.
