In addition to regular classes, Studio J offers dedicated dancers the opportunity to participate in competition classes and workshops as part of the award winning Studio J Company. Acrobatics dance classes are offered by Miami Dance and Music Academy for all ages and skill level. Our instructors are highly qualified and many have extensive performance experience. Most importantly, our instructors strive to relate their teaching to each individual student’s learning style.

Acro dance, or just acro, as it’s commonly called, is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with fluid acrobatic movements. It is very physically demanding and requires strength, control and flexibility.
Want long, lean muscles & a strong core like a dancer Based on the technique developed by Russian dancer Boris Kniaseff, Floor Barre is used as an addition to ballet training to strengthen, tone and warm up the muscles, encouraging correct alignment and efficiency of the muscles to improve movement
