This class will teach correct techniques for acrobatic elements. We will be running three dedicated classes based on ability and age.
With the ever-evolving world of dance, the popularity of training in acro has grown. When done in the right progression and appropriate time, learning acro skills can help create a more versatile dancer, along with a better understanding of one’s own body and ways to strengthen skills.
Various elements like cartwheels, handstands, and walkovers will be taught during this class. This class will teach correct techniques for acrobatic elements. We will be running three dedicated classes based on ability and age.

L.I.K.E. Dance Studio offers acrobatics for children from 3.5 y.o through to teens and adults.
Acrobatics at Dance Central follows the Acrobatic Arts Academy syllabus, and we currently offer two levels across a variety of ages.
Dance Force teaches acrobatics classes following the Acrobatic Arts Association syllabus. We have an acrobatic mat and also an amazing Airtrack which we use to complete safe acro training and skills.
Acrobatics is fun, energetic and great for fitness. Come along and stretch your experience of your body.
Acrobatic training teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, and above all, discipline and concentration. Classes work on stretching and strengthening the body and learning tricks ranging from Forward Rolls to Forward Ariel’s.Â
