Acro classes use mats & teachers help in aiding students to do tricks.
A creative blend of dance, gymnastics & acrobatics that includes – Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.
Chair dance is an acro dance style combining dance movements with acrobatic elements. In this variation of acro dance a chair is incorporated as an assisting prop and as a dance partner. Building upon simple acrobatic moves this dance style will build strength and control in your body and core.
If your child is constantly cart-wheeling, doing tumbles and handstands then this is the class for them! With a focus on strength and stretch as well as floor acrobatics, this dance style will suit those with explosive amounts of energy.
Students love our new acrobatics classes. Â These classes are designed for each age group and challenge the students to explore their dance and acrobatic skills learning learning safe methods and techniques. Acro compliments all forms of dance and plays a dynamic role in Jazz and Contemporary.
