London Dance Academy is a dance and alternative fitness studio in London, pioneering innovative dance and fitness classes. We first opened our doors at the London Academy of Poledancing in 2005.

Our Acrobatics classes follow the Acrobatic Arts program allowing our dancers to train in the art of AcroDance. The program is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.
It is important to acknowledge that Acro Dance differs from gymnastics, as it is exactly that - a form of dance. Pupils are trained to be able to perform their tricks safely on a hard floor (ready for the stage) through safe progressions developing technique, Strength & flexibility.

This class introduces your child to the basics of Acro dance - forward rolls , handstands & cartwheels etc. Strength & flexibility is also developed in a fun and interactive lesson.
