Tap and ballet are a good place to start, and many take lyrical, hip-hop or clogging. couples, country western and line dancing have been very popular!
Acrobatics teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline & concentration. This class will focus on fundamentals acrobatic technique and is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, & strength
Incorporates both the acrobatic and gymnastic techniques. We place strong values on the teaching of proper mechanics of the tricks.
More advanced level of tumbling skills and dance tricks. Instructor will decide if this is the proper level for student once in class.
