Our classes are fun, structured and creative. The Kerry Moore School of Ballet offers classical ballet, contemporary, conditioning, jazz, tap, acrobatics and theatrical classes, as well as Pre-School Creative Movement.
We provide many opportunities for our students such as workshops, exams, our annual recital at Her Majesties Theatre and competition classes including solo's, duo's and troupes for all ages.
Our Extension Program offers dedicated and talented students the opportunity to further their training with additional Classical classes and coaching.
Acrobatics combines flexibility, strength, and balance to achieve amazing skills. Students learn to tumble in a safe and controlled environment, with the use of progression based learning.
Calisthenics, jazz and contemporary routines can now be seen incorporating elements of acro skills to include tumbling, balancing and aerial movements. Â These include:
Students train in gymnastic skills to assist with their dance training and vocabulary of movement
Acrobatics/Acro dance really focuses on the controlled skill and flexibility dancers need to expand their skill set as Acrobatics being connected to dance elements, will compliment the dancer.
Acrobatics at Dance Central follows the Acrobatic Arts Academy syllabus, and we currently offer two levels across a variety of ages.
