Acro Dance combines classical techniques with acrobatic elements. This class will develop your child’s confidence and coordination as well as strength and flexibility.

A creative blend of dance, gymnastics & acrobatics that includes – Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.
Join in our Acro class and you'll be basing, flying and balancing in no time! You'll build up strength, coordination and confidence in this partner based class. No need to have a partner before you start, come along and we'll pair you up.
You’ll see your child learn basic acrobatics tricks and how to support their own weight.
