A Class Designed To Strengthen Dancers And Increase Flexibility And Control While Also Incorporating Tricks Such As Walkovers, Aerials, Back Handsprings, Etc.
Incorporates both the acrobatic and gymnastic techniques. We place strong values on the teaching of proper mechanics of the tricks.
Students develop strength, coordination and flexibility while learning acrobatic exercises on the mat (splits, rolls, cartwheels, walkovers, etc.) Each child receives individual instruction and progresses through the levels at his/her own pace
