This one day course will show you everything to do with layout, from page structure to creating booklets, books, posters, annual reports and much more in InDesign. Learn about image resolution, colour spaces, placing images for layout and using InDesign to draw vector graphics.
If you’re an editor we’ll show you how to navigate InDesign documents easily in order to make text corrections or work with the “Story Editor” to make quick changes.
We’ll also take a look at books, indexes, style sheets, and text effects. If you haven’t been working on InDesign this course will show you all you need to know to be able to do it all yourself!

With our in-person training, our trainer delivers the classes at a venue of our choice in either Cape Town or Johannesburg. These classes take place on dates chosen by us and are typically presented between the hours of 09h00 – 14h00 each day.
Our in-person classes provide a more hands-on experience giving each attendee the opportunity for greater interaction with the trainer and other learners. We find that when talking to another person face-to-face it provides for greater understanding and clarity.
When doing these classes you will get to meet our Lead trainer, Rudolph Pieterse, who has decades of experience in training and Adobe programs!
The course will enable you to design from scratch, logos, brochures, social media infographics, eBooks, magazine spreads and manipulate an edit all sorts of photos for print and digital use. You will be able to work within the advertising, corporate or private industry.
InDesign can be used for small and large projects. It is simple enough to generate posters or business cards, but is powerful enough to layout books or magazines, as well as set them up for reproduction.
This short course is aimed at those who want to learn how to use creative software for their own creative projects.
This training explains why InDesign is the wave of the future and shows you step-by-step how to take advantage of the program's next-generation features - from creating Document preset, thread text between Text Frames to printing documents and export documents to PDF.
In this course, you will learn to use the basic to intermediate features of Adobe InDesign application.You will practically design quality brochures, pamphlets and documents.
