Adobe Lightroom (Intro)

This one day Adobe Lightroom course is for anyone who wants to efficiently manage and edit their digital photography collections. This course is aimed at photographers, both beginner and advanced, as well as those in marketing roles.

Adobe Lightroom provides all the tools to you need to bring out the best in your photography. Lightroom includes powerful new ways to manage and organise your photographs to optimise your workflow. From enhancing colours and make dull-looking shots more vibrant to removing distracting objects and straightening skewed shots.

Our one day Lightroom training course is ideal for newcomers to Lightroom and those with limited experience with the software.

The course teaches you the entire Adobe Lightroom workflow from importing your photographs, to enhancing them, and then finally preparing them for export.

The training covers all the Adobe Lightroom modules including the library, develop, map, slideshow, print, book and web modules. We do not split these modules across separate courses like other providers.

Special attention is paid to the develop module as this contains a lot of the power of Lightroom.

By the end of the training course, delegates will be able to use Adobe Lightroom to perform the following :

•  Effectively organise and manage large collections of photographs
•  Understand the histogram and identify image problems
•  Enhance photographs beyond what the camera provides
•  Retouch photos and add special filters and effects
•  Output photo collections for publishing to print or web
