With expertise in both film and digital photography, Leslie C Saber has studied photography in Paris, Palm Springs, California and Seattle, Washington.
Her fine art photography has been shown in galleries throughout Seattle and she has won many awards – including first prize in the 2007 Kodak photography contest.
Her work has been published in Sunset Magazine and many on-line "zines."

An active volunteer and supporter of the arts in Seattle, Leslie teaches at the Photo Center Northwest in Seattle and Arts Now in Edmonds, Washington.
This course provides students with a working foundation of the interface and tools of Adobe Photoshop. Through lectures, demonstrations, and exercises, students learn tools for photographic retouching, color treatment, use of layers and selections, photographic manipulation, and compositing.
In this intermediate Photoshop class, is the mid-level of our Photoshop classes, and builds on the information covered in the introductory course to produce complex selections and paths. Discover creative uses for Photoshop filters, and learn how to take advantage of adjustment layers.
Students will enjoy being creative creating and editing images, shapes and text. Learn how to make photo collages, use selection tools, filters, digital brushes, packs, and more! Students will be inspired by our talented instructor with experience in graphic design, film, and media.Â
This edition is also chock-full of extra information on Photoshop features and how to work effectively with this robust application. You’ll learn best practices for organizing, managing, and showcasing your photos, as well as how to optimize images for the web.
