Sew the perfect cold-weather button up shirt. Choose between the Grainline Archer Button Up or the Liesel & Co All Day Shirt Please select which shirt you’ll be making at registration so that we can order the correct number of patterns. The Grainline Archer has a fitted/feminine cut, while the All Day Shirt is designed to be a men’s shirt.

We sell contemporary fabric for all your sewing needs, from apparel and bags to quilts and decor, as well as patterns and notions to take your project from start to finish. Our classes follow a curriculum that permits every student to work at their own pace depending on the skill? level and learning ability, therefore we provide full attenti?on that each student deserves according to their level.
The first step in learning how to sew is learning how to use the sewing machine. We teach on any make and model of machine. Our goal is for our students to be comfortable on their sewing machine so they can sew better!
You will walk out having finished several simple projects including, drawstrings, pockets, buttonholes, buttons, hidden zippers, box corners, and finally, a tote bag! It is a great, simple first project that won’t terrify you!
Adult classes are sold in 6 week blocks and are 2 hours per week for 6 weeks (total of 12 hours of class time). Fabric charges are not included with the price of a membership. Fabric must be pre-washed and put Into a plastic zip lock bag.Â
Sketch, paint, present, critique, Â ideas for clothing designs, the fundamentals of color, painting and fabric rendering, ability to draw technical flats to identify garment details and construction details, understand how to design garments according to target market.
