Tap dancing is one of the most enjoyable and rhythmic forms of recreational dance. Tap dancing is also a fun way of developing co-ordination and skill.
A fun Tap class for beginners or those who have a little Tap experience. Class will start with a warm up and slowly work through tap steps to build into a fun routine!
This class works on exercises to improve your technique as well as learning Tap routines.
Tap is great fun and an excellent way to keep fit at any age. Tap is as popular today as it was in the heyday of Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly musicals.
Tap uses the heel and toe of shoes as a form of percussion along to the music. Tap is good for flexibility, fitness and improving your timing.
