We'll create a wristlet wallet, a zipper pouch, a quilted journal cover, and a reversible sling bag. For men, you can create a card wallet, zipper pouch, quilted journal cover, and a rounded storage pod.
Continue with your second 4 weeks to create your choice of confident beginner projects.
After you've mastered the basics, you can choose your own sewing adventure for as many 4 week sessions as you'd like to continue.
All supplies and the use of our sewing machines and tools are included in the price of the class. You are always welcome to bring your own sewing machine if you'd prefer.
If you need to miss a class, you can schedule a makeup within 2 weeks of the missed class.
Class Level:
I’m Jaime, and I love to sew! I’ve been sewing since I received a toy machine for Christmas when I was 4. Over the years, I’ve taught myself to sew everything from quilts to dresses to handbags.
Classes meet once a week for  2 hours for 6 weeks for the Adult classes.  you can take more than one class a week with the payment of the fee price for that class. ou only need to bring your sewing machine.
When you take a class, attend an event, or join a monthly club, you become a member of the McDougal Sewing Center family. Â Adding to your knowledge is certainly part of the adventure, but meeting up with fellow creative explorers makes the learning fun.
