At The Elemental Kickboxing Academy, we're dedicated to providing a wide range of options for adults, 11 years and older, to fit your busy schedule. A Fusion of Freestyle Karate and Kickboxing: Experience the dynamic fusion of freestyle karate and kickboxing. This stand-up combat sport, with its roots in Karate and Muay Thai, combines elements from various traditional styles, resulting in a thrilling martial art.

Whole-Body Workout: Each class is a comprehensive whole-body workout. You'll engage in freestyle karate, kickboxing, high-intensity drills, skipping, speed and agility exercises, circuit training, strength and endurance drills, and core conditioning. Our emphasis on cardio-conditioning provides one of the most effective ways to improve your fitness.
