Giselle Academy of Dance and Theatre Arts have been offering fun dance classes and drama lessons in Portsmouth since 1989.
We offer dance classes in our Portsmouth based dance school for children from the age of 18 months in our Twinkle Tots class, right through to adult dance classes.
Adult Jazz classes are offered by Spotlight Theatre Dance Studio. We pride ourselves on having a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with our main aim being that pupils learn through fun and enjoyment.
Modern Jazz is the ‘icing on the cake subject’ and all our youngsters look forward to joining these classes as soon as they can. Classes are lively, noisy, energetic and full of fun, everyone wants to do them!
Jazz is an umbrella term encompassing several different styles of dance, It includes unique moves, elaborate footwork, large leaps and rapid turns to bring an energetic and entertaining experience.
Adult Jazz General classes are offered by JustOne Theatre Arts Ltd. JustOne Theatre Arts Ltd provide exceptional sessions in Dance, Singing and Acting.
Modern Theatre Dance is a highly energetic and rhythmical dance style which originated in America before traveling to the rest of the world. It is often seen on the stages of musical theatre productions and is known for its technical qualities such as: Kicks, Leaps and Turns.
