Certificates of completion will be issued for those who complete all 8 lessons. a maximum of 8 students can be accommodated at one time so booking is essential.
Students must supply their own apron, face mask and container to take home what you bake in the lesson. Sanitizers will be supplied by the school.

Lesson 1 - Swiss roll and shortbread.
Lesson 2 - Cheese cake and whole-wheat bread.
Lesson 3 - Marbled brownies and lamington.
Lesson 4 - Pinwheels and buttermilk rusks.
Lesson 5 - Carrot cake and cup cakes.
Lesson 6 - Hot cross buns and spice biscuits.
Lesson 7 - Fruit loaf and coconut jam cookies.
Lesson 8 - Granadilla ring cake and koeksisters.
The above mentioned courses are all hands-on courses. Students take home whatever they bake or cook. Courses run over an 8-week period every Monday.
