We live in an era of disruption in which innovation and technology have transformed the way we live and work at an unprecedented rate. In order to remain relevant, marketers need to leverage emerging technologies to meet changing consumer behaviours, improve engagement, and achieve data-driven impact.

Comprising 6 modules, this certificate programme provides participants with the skills and confidence needed to respond to trends and changes in the digital marketing landscape.

By differentiating between types of marketing value creation and how these are measured, participants will gain meaningful insights into the importance of an integrated digital marketing strategy, learning to navigate digital disruption guided by customer experience, analytics, and marketing technology (MarTech).

 

Assessment:

 

As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of every module. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises.

Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment for each of the 6 modules within 3 years in order to be awarded the digital Advanced Certificate in Digital Transformation in Marketing issued by Singapore Management University.
