This Course Is Suitable For:
Team leaders, assistant managers, executives, supervisors and high potentials being groomed for leadership positions. Learners will have to have at least ‘N’ level certification or equivalent to enrol in this programme.
Certification:
Learners will be assessed as ‘Competent’ if they pass the assessments in the programme and have at least 75% attendance. Learners who are certified ‘Competent’ at the end of the course will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) under the WSQ LPM framework.
