Part 3 in the 4 part Document Management Series. You should have completed Document Management Content & Layout and Document Management Images & Tables prior to completing this course.

This course focuses on the use of multilevel lists to create special headings, organising your document layout, cross-referencing parts of your document, creating appendices, and working with EndNote.

Upon completing this course you should be able to:

  • Organise your EndNote references effectively using a range of strategies
  • Make effective use of and manage your own style set and template
  • Format unusual headings, such as non-numbered and appendices
  • Use section breaks to manage key layout requirements
  • Create and manage other aspects of a landscape page
  • Cross-reference a range of objects including headings
  • Edit in-text citations and format the layout of the bibliography
  • Use the Navigation Pane to move through a document
  • Create a travelling EndNote library from a Word document
