Advanced Facials

This course is for anyone looking to extend the basic knowledge and theory of delivering full facial treatments in order to become a ‘Skin Specialist’.

If you have level 2 training or completed our introduction to facials training and want to take your knowledge to the next level, this training will allow you to apply a superior approach to facial therapies by creating a bespoke targeted approach to facial treatments, allowing you to select other therapies to treat a wide range of skin conditions such as Acne, Pigmentation and Ageing skin.

This course will also cover and deliver practically a full understanding of Medical Grade LED Light therapy protocols and application, a therapy which is well known to accelerate skin healing, reverse skin ageing, promote the healing of acne and enhance the benefits of other advanced facial therapies.

During the Advanced Facial Diploma delivery, you will advance you knowledge on skin types and learn how to treat skin conditions like ageing and congestion as well. You will learn how to perform a full 60-minute facial treatment including how to select and apply cleansing products, application of heat treatments, chemical and manual exfoliating, extractions, relaxing massage that also assists with skin improvements, a mask and then a series of finishing products to complete.

Our highly skilled Skin Specialist and Advanced Aesthetician Tutors are equipped with a multitude of skin therapy experience and will provide in-depth training into the benefits of expanding your existing knowledge with small class sizes and full focus on hands-on learning, you will be taught how to perform a thorough and in depth skin analysis for each client to prescribe them an individual facial treatment plan by considering more advanced therapies and protocols.
