Relaxation and Mindfulness course is offered by IPSUM
The one day course includes mindfulness exercises that can be incorporated into lifestyle and the workplace.
This half-day Mental Health First Aid Level 1 course equips learners with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions and the skills to initiate a conversation, providing them with the tools to signpost the person towards professional help.
Stress is endemic right now and so this is for anyone, at any level, who would like to deal with pressure more effectively and would like to learn the art of more mindful behaviour.
The workshops are about 10 hours long. The theory will be run online on a Saturday and Sunday mornings inshaAllah. The practical will run on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday at a clinic in East London inshaAllah.
