An effective Executive Secretary or PA will have a set of tools at their disposal to efficiently execute this role. This course is designed to develop your management knowledge and skills to improve your performance in your job.

The value of a good Executive Secretary or PA is difficult to quantify, many executives see this person as their right hand. This course is designed to give the modern PA the tools required to excel when working with executives.

The course will wrap with a summary of the key learning points, followed by an action planning exercise with a view to apply the acquired knowledge and skills immediately upon your return to work. Post-course support is also available in relation to the implementation of your action plan, up to six (6) months following course completion.
