This program, whose pedagogy is focused on coaching, aims to allow the student to grasp the practice of the activities that he will have to deploy to succeed in business.
Companies have long represented the heart of the Quebec economy. Behind commercial entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship (including the sharing economy, the circular economy, etc.) are entrepreneurs or buyers who operate in an increasingly complex globalized context.
This program, whose pedagogy is focused on coaching, aims to allow the student to grasp the practice of the activities that he will have to deploy to succeed in business:
The conception of his vision;
Knowledge of the ecosystem of his company and the cultural codes of entrepreneurship in Quebec;
Understanding of international trade.
The College offers future entrepreneurs training enabling them to develop knowledge in various fields. Moreover, in the last session, students will benefit from a pre-incubator-type program.
Throughout their career, they will have access to mentoring and support in order to help them realize their ideas and thus be able to launch or take over a business, once their training is completed.
This training allows students to acquire the skills allowing them to carry out the following activities relating to the profession:
Develop a viable business plan and model
Find funding
Communicate in the language of the targeted people
Identify constraints and opportunities
Choose your consultants and allies
Express sales and negotiation skills
Use your emotional intelligence, instinct and capacity for resilience
Use effective and efficient technological tools supporting the business project and its business model
In 1989, the College inaugurated its very first international campus in Casablanca, Morocco. Now present on 5 continents, the LCI Education network has 23 higher education campuses and some 3,000 employees who each year train more than 17,000 students around the world.
From one country to another, LCI Education favors the harmonization of its programs, which allows greater flexibility, better control over the quality of its services and a deeper respect for the various cultures it encounters.
Above all, LaSalle College is committed to instilling in its students a true understanding of the profession they are aiming for. The restaurant La Classe (formerly the Fuchsia), opened in 1996, is a concrete example.
What could be better than a restaurant open to the public to teach catering to restaurant management and cooking students? This spirit materializes once again with the opening of the Garderie LaSalle des Petits .
Aspiring special educators and early childhood educators will be able to improve their knowledge of the early childhood education environment and arrive on the job market ready
