Half of the session will be devoted to traditional West African dance. The other half will focus on Afro-Cuban dancing as you explore the latin influence!

Afro-Cuban is a dance originating from the African culture in Cuba. It is the precursor to all the cuban dances we know today (Salsa, Mambo, Cha Cha Cha, etc.).
In this course intended for beginners but open to all, you will work on the basics and techniques of steps of different styles of Afro, while sharing good humor and the joy of living.
