Our CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support course is designed to develop multi-skilled workers who are industry ready to enter the broad range of services supporting the growing aging population in residential and community settings.
By undertaking the Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) qualification you will develop the knowledge and skills to work as a support worker, specialising in the area disability support.
This qualification reflects the role of workers in the community and/or residential setting who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who may require support due to an ageing, disability or other reasons.
