This 2-day Agile Business Analysis training course addresses the common problem that most Agile approaches tend to focus on product delivery, while assuming that a prioritised “backlog” of product features is readily available to drive development activities.
However, Agile can be rather vague about how the product backlog is initially populated with features.
This has led to uncertainty about the role of business analysis in the Agile world. It is clear that the traditional specification-driven approach to business analysis is not compatible with Agile but many teams struggle to find a replacement.
This course addresses one of the least understood aspects of agile by teaching a comprehensive set of “discovery” techniques that complement the Agile “delivery” approaches.
At the end of the course, participants will have a clear understanding of the role of a Business Analyst in an Agile team.

Business Analysis is a key discipline in today’s business environment. The ability to identify business needs and determining solutions to solve business problems enables organisations to achieve their long term and short term goals.
An understanding of analytics in business has become vital for those searching for growth and market excellence. Analytics can quickly offer the kind of insights that only years of experience or in-depth market knowledge would previously provide.
This CBAP training course aligns to the high standards set by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) and according to them, the certification holders earn 13% more than their non-certified peers.
You deserve to learn from experts who are just as committed to the financial planning profession as you. Monarch Institute was founded by experienced financial advisers who wanted to show students what it’s actually like to practice in the real world. In other words, not just the theory.
Whether you are developing new policies, new services, new products, or re-engineering existing processes and products, it is critical to accurately and fully understand the business requirements. Many of the problems associated with projects are directly attributed to business analysis issues.
