This introductory Agile course teaches participants about the Agile mindset, values, principles, and foundational concepts. The content works toward achieving organisational agility without specific focus on any single Agile methodology or framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, XP, DSDM, SAFe, etc).

Learning Outcomes

Our Agile Fundamentals training course is facilitated by industry professionals based in Sydney and Melbourne. Upon completion of this course you’ll be able to:

• Define the origins of Agile and its values, principles and mindset

• Identify the key success factors for Agile projects

• Understand Agile team roles and responsibilities

• Facilitate collaborative approaches to define project vision and identify customer needs

• Apply Agile project planning and adaptation techniques

• Monitor Agile projects and manage value-driven delivery
