AgilePM® Practitioner Course

The AgilePM Practitioner certification aims to address the needs of those working in a project-focused environment who want to be Agile. Fully accredited by APM Group International, you can study online, on-site, or virtually.

This course is designed for those that have passed the Agile Foundation exam. It provides organisations and individuals with a leaner, more structured approach to project management enabling them to respond far more quickly to change and provides a way to implement high-priority initiatives.

Course Outlines

The AgilePM Practitioner course will teach you:

• How to apply a variety of Agile practices in a project, e.g. Facilitated workshops, MoSCoW prioritisation, Iterative Development and Modelling

• How to test, estimate and evaluate benefits delivery in an Agile project

• The mechanisms for facilitation and support within an Agile project

• The Agile approach to managing and prioritising requirements

To book your place on this course you must hold a qualification for one of the following:

• AgilePM Foundation certificate or

• DSMD Atern Foundation Certificate or

• DSDM Advanced Practitioner Certificate

The AgilePM Practitioner course suits:

•  New and experienced project staff

• Consultants/contract staff operating in an AgilePM® environment

• Project Managers considering a career in an AgilePM® environment

• Anybody wishing to improve employment prospects in an AgilePM® environment.

Exam

• Objective testing

• 4 questions per paper, 20 marks available per question

• 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%

• Two and a half hours duration

• Open book examination (restricted to the AgilePM® handbook only)
