Agile Project Management (AgilePM®)

Course Overview

This accredited comprehensive four-day course combines both foundation and practitioner AgileProject Management qualifications.

It is designed to help students develop both the knowledge and skills required to work on an agile project and develop the understanding to apply the guidance on an agile project.

The course will equip students with the competence to begin working as an agile project manager on a non-complex project. The Agile Project Management guidance used in the course is based upon DSDM’s Agile Project Framework (AgilePF) a leading and proven agile approach.

Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner training covers the following topics:
