The Agilest® CAEA (Certified Agile Enterprise Architect) certification training from Agilest® is designed to give aspiring enterprise architects, system engineers, and managers responsible for the infrastructure decisions the skills and knowledge that they need to lead successfully in their role responsibilities within the Agile organization.
The CAEA (Certified Agile Enterprise Architect) training is designed to get the participants thinking about Modular Agile Service Oriented Architecture as the basis of the infrastructure that will be used to underlie all development.
The purpose of going this route is to create systems that are loosely interconnected via a service bus so that any of the system components can be adapted as needed without disrupting the entire organization.
The goal is to develop organizational systems that can be modified and adapted quickly to new or changing system needs. Agilest® CAEA (Certified Agile Enterprise Architect) certification training.
The Agilest® CAEA (Certified Agile Enterprise Architect) training from Agilest® is a comprehensive Agile overview of the agile techniques for developing a modular service-oriented architecture that is critical to be adaptable in an agile development environment.
This training is intended for aspiring enterprise architects, and managers who will be chiefly responsible for driving the infrastructure design decisions at organizations that are engaged in Agile practices.
The core focus is on enabling those who are leading Agile infrastructure development with the core understandings they will need for driving their design.
The focuses of the CAEA certification training are the fundamental principles required for operating Modular Service Oriented Architecture the Agile way.
An overview of the Agile frameworks that are central to the Agilest® development philosophy including Kanban, Scrum, and Scrumban are all addressed in a way that drives the understanding why it is critical to building an adaptable infrastructure that is responsive to Agile development.
The presentations are simple enough for management to understand, but deep enough to give the participant the confidence to make design decisions that are informed after they have completed the sessions. The main differentiator between Agilest® and other training providers is that we strive for complete solutions.
Most companies have enough on their hands focusing on getting their development work done, what they do not need is the added complexity of determining what the best infrastructure and methodology solutions they need to be using.
That is where we come into the picture. We develop software solutions both in-house and at client sites. A big part of how we create and confirm our solutions is by way of the fact that we have so many projects going on, and because we have developed a culture of cooperation among our entire staff.
We encourage (rigorously) that all of our team members involved with development take part in a bi-weekly retrospective where we can get a significant amount of input about what is working and what is not.
Through our retrospective process, we can compress what would otherwise take decades if our input was linear from every year that we are involved in development.
To reinforce the learnings that the participants will receive, a significant portion of the classroom time will be focused on workshop activities to develop critical Agile Modular Architecture understandings for leading the design of Service Oriented Architecture with an Enterprise Service Bus.
The final key component includes the online tools and training provided as an additional resource to the participants of this training.
Given to all alumni is private access to an online repository of resources relevant to their particular practice area. The private entrance area has tools to aid practitioners in the execution of their duties at their workplace.
The online private access resources include:
Additional training
Reinforcing workshop exercises
Planning tools
Calculators
Documentation templates
Checklists
Private expert forum
Our goal is the success of our students, and we have made an effort to include everything that will help them in their particular role. We are continuously updating and adding to the content that we make available.
Of important note, we are a company that does what it teaches, and we provide our students what we use when delivering at clients. We make everything that we have empirically proven to be useful available to our certification training participants.
The training and exercises in the certification program include:
Modular Architecture
Service Oriented Architecture
Enterprise Service Bus

Innovating products in a large company can be painfully difficult, but with the right knowledge, the process can be incredibly rewarding.
AGILEST® can guide your company to be great at delivering products your customers will want. Agilest® believes that everyone needs training, but that the content should vary by role.
With needs in mind, we offer role specific training for Scrum masters, product owners, and Agile developers. But we do not stop there. Agilest® also offers three tiers of training: Core, Advanced, and Specialized.
Agilest® Core Training
The foundation training is role specific and is designed to set-up the organization for success with agile. Our training for each of the roles is deeper and more comprehensive than the training offered by most other organizations.
Our training is driven by real world need and is designed to give each team member an understanding of what their responsibilities are.
Agilest® Advanced Training
The Agilest® upper-level training is for teams that are already using agile. The upper-level training is designed to take teams to the next level of maturity.
Agilest® Specialized Training
Agilest® Specialized training provides advanced training for specific needs. Examples of specialized training include executive training for company leaders, agile automation, agile program management, agile scaling, and DevOps.
Agile Scaling
Most organizations have situations where a single team of 5 to 9 people is just not the right size for the work that they intend to complete. That problem is what scaling solves.
Agilest® can guide the use of scaling that is tailored specifically to the needs of your organization. We can guide you to a scaling framework that does what you need it to do and shave years off of the trial and error period that companies endure when they go it alone without experienced coaching.
Agile Transformation
Readiness Assessment
Agilest® starts every transformation with an assessment to first determine an organization’s readiness for improvement with agile.
Every organization has different challenges and with our expert assessment, we can design the most effective agile transformation plan to deliver the most improvement for every dollar you spend.
Define Strategy
Agilest® understands that companies in different industries and at different stages in their maturity lifecycle have different needs.
Not all organizations are best served by the use of agile methods at every level in their company. Knowing this, Agilest® does not have a one size fits all mentality about the way agile should be implemented.
Tailor implementation to the organizational structure.
Plan for governance updates needed to make Agile successful.
Develop a budgeting model that aligns with the corporation's accounting principals.
Effective Roadmaps Are A Result Of
combining the assessment data with the strategy aligned to the organizational structure
Give clarity to the scope of the transformation
Keeps the transformation aligned to the strategy
Helps the organization understand what progress has been made
Organizational Alignment
Changing from homegrown or traditional management practices to agile methods is a fundamental shift that requires adjustments to some of the core functions in the organization to maximize the benefits that can be achieved by an effectively implemented transformation.
Evolving the governance model
Adopting an agile budgeting model
Modernizing SOW delivery requirements to focus on value
Kaizen Maturity Plan
The competition is never at rest, and organizations that do not continue to strive to improve, risk being overtaken by the competitors that continually advance their processes.
Knowing this, Agilest® helps every organization that they transform to develop a center of practice to keep the changing energy alive and the company improving their practices using internal resources so that maturity continues to grow long after Agilest® has completed their part of the transformation process.
Delivering Pathways To Agile Bred Leadership
The Agilest® mission is to provide the latest agile thinking that has proven effectiveness for improving the efficacy of your company. We can show you what can be done to maximize your results.
Then we will deliver a plan to achieve the goals that you have for your company. Agilest® believes that the workforce is the heart of the organization and that their knowledge is the specific determinant of what they can contribute.
The strongest organizations provide agile training to every employee, from the secretary to the CEO, because alignment maximizes organizational throughput.
This course teaches participants the technical practices that are used on an Agile project. It goes beyond the Agile practices of Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos and Retrospectives.
The Agile frameworks have proven themselves to be more adept in dealing with this uncertainty. But Agile isn’t just about following a different way of working.
Management 3.0 is a management course that is meant for organizational leaders responsible for leading the way in Agile transformation. It is the management principle for new-age managers and leaders.
The Agile Project Management course gives the basic of Agile with emphasis on the Scrum style. This course also gives the student a working understanding of how the philosophies and principles of Agile are used in successful projects.
AgilePM Foundation course aims to address the needs of those working in a project-focused environment who want to be agile.
