Sebiz Finishing School or SFS as it is popularly known was set up over 17 years ago to cater to the resource crunch of Sebiz and Netsmartz, our parent companies. Trained freshers were impossible to find and almost every IT company spent 4-6 months training freshers just so they could competently start working on projects.
That is why SFS was created – an institute that would train fresh IT graduates on current technologies and offer them work experience on live projects so we could hire these youngsters and have them work on client projects from Day 1.
