To be compliant in shipping and accepting dangerous goods by air, there are training requirements that commensurate with your position as a freight forwarder, shipper or operator to comply with IATA, ICAO and Transport Canada TDG regulations. The International Air Transport Association's (IATA) Dangerous Goods Regulations and International Civil Aviation Organization’s (ICAO) technical instructions are the principal resources for this course.
These courses are designed from the freight forwarder's perspective, but can be taken by shippers and operators resulting a certificate in accepting and processing dangerous goods that is compliant with Transport Canada requirements.

Transportation of Dangerous Goods course is offered by DSC Safety Services. DSC Safety Services has partnered with HAZMASTERS to offer the most comprehensive Asbestos Remediation Abatement program in Atlantic Canada.
This TDG or Transportation of Dangerous Goods Train the Trainer, or TDG Instructor course is designed to facilitate in house TDG training courses. A company safety representative can take our instructor training program, and are then prepared to provide TDG training to company employees.
